Accommodation

The participants should arrange their own accommodation. 

 

Prices are per room if not stated otherwise, the exchange rate is approximately 1 EUR = 4 PLN.

 

There are some rooms pre-booked in the following 3  hotels: Metropol, MDM, Polonia Palace. Please refer to "Scalars 2013" when booking.  The offer is valid till August 5th.

Some budget participants may also wish to stay in hostels located in the center of the town, nearby the conference site, e.g. Moon Hostel, Hostel Tamka, Hostel Okidoki or Hostel Helvetia.

 

Participants travelling with families may find it convenient to rent an appartment for the period of their visit to Warsaw. The possible choice is Residence St. Andrews Palace, Velvet Apartment.
